 Frozen Youth? http://abcnews.go.com/Video/playerIndex?id=6599805 Now for a stupid question............... Can a mid westerner like myself get the cold water soak effect just from driving home from the gym with the heat turned off in my vehicle (if it was working now anyway  ), maybe while wearing shorts too? Temps around here ran between 9* and 15* on the way home tonight     |

| Thought so too, it did sound a little "sucker-bait"-ish when I first saw a commercial for it until I actually watched it and saw the part about pro athletes using a much "warmer" variation as part of their training regimen. |
