How to post vids/pics?

Hi,

I have been an active lurker and replier for several years, but have never posted a pic or video....however, I want to do this now. I have looked everywhere on the site, and cannot find any information on how to do this....perhaps it's here somewhere, but I can't find it! By the way, my profile says that I cannot post attachments....does this need to be changed in order for me to post videos? If so, how do I change it?

Please provide an easy, step-by-step way to post videos and pics, or direct me to the place where I can find this information. Thanks alot!

For vids, that's easy:

Simply put the video on a site like Photobucket or Youtube, and simply place the link of the actual video in a post. It will automatically be put into a video here, but only in the Muscle Growth Media sections.

For pictures, put em up on like Imageshack or Photobucket. To show them here, put these tags around em (minus astericks *)

[IMG*] and [/IMG*]
