Is that all there is? Hey, guys: At the gym today a bit of discord was brewing twixt a couple of the members. One of the major assertions was the the only reason people worked out was ego. Anyone have any thoughts on this? |

I like to share my progress with others, because I wanted someone my current size what it was like to be bigger when I first started out. However, I think of that as trying to encourage like minded people to bigger themselves. I don't think my motivation to workout is egotistical at all; I think it's nearly all sexually motivated. That still may not be the purest of motivations, but that's mine. On the other hand, it might be ego for straight men. __________________ God is in the rain. |

Well I started going because a friend asked me to and I was bored So it was a convenient way to keep occupied. Though I will admit I do like the results so far... so ego has slowly crept in, but a large part it still is more of a method to keep me sane during the day.
