Have and do Yep. Have juiced and still do. Main factors for weight gain, lean muscle, are diet & rest, training, then juice. Also include positive thought induction and lots of sex. Min 12 hours a week at gym. |

have and do too ....have and do too, though I've noticed other guys using alot more ML's than I do; I think I must use "theurapetic" doses or something, because when I read about others' intake, I'm in awe and a little frightened (haha). __________________ muscl32 |
