The wonders and sensations of being cut I have been cut for three months lately for the first time in my bbing life. I have to say i love it. The changes are really amazing you feel young and really energetic again. I used to be a size 36 pant but during my experience i saw my belt holes run and run off.... i have to go to a friend to add 3 more which off course i run off. Woa i got to size 32. I resisted to buy new pants, i have a pair of 34's which i hvent used in a while and now are the work horse. But i resisted because i love to use my olds 36 that they drop below you waist...exposing the underwear band and you lower abs... i make the people stare at u.. Friends noticed that i loose weight...and the came saying hey you look better! and i love to rise my shirt and show them the six pack.. I love to have them i know is not for long but i enjoyed the experience. Im back on bulk im 220lbs and will try to get to 240 somewhere cut..i know is dificult but it have been two weeks since i started the new diet and im still 33 on the waist. Im glad a kept the stictness of my cut diet during bulk. Is amazing how the cravings are gone.. My muscles are now feeling bigger and i saw the people at work watching at my arms...veins out but bulging biceps... I think im starting to get serious.. Any similar feelings...sensations... |

it does feel good! I too had my first Good cutting phase. For the first time I had 'serious' 6-pack and obliques to show off.. felt great, feedback was great. Returned to growing 3 months ago, and as expected, by body went back to the way it likes to be; still 6-pack when I flex and the lighting is good, but they're basically gone until next summer __________________ . So would you share some of your training and diet that have obviously worked so well. I have always wondered about what it might be like to be that lean and cut.. knowing what to do is great but always nice to hear what others have done for success. |

I love getting/being cut again! Veins running down my biceps, snaking through my forearms and calves; looking great in clothes and slipping into size 33 (soon to be 31) hipster skinny jeans while rocking a bulging upper torso; an awareness of my muscles rippling and moving against each other with every movement; looking great naked and enjoying increased mobility, stamina and an overall sense of well-being! __________________ "That which does not kill us makes us stronger." - Friedrich Nietzsche "Men seldom make passes at girls who wear glasses." - Dorothy Parker "Faces fall, but a bicep's forever." - Eager Muscle "A personal trainer is someone who works for your lunch money." - Eager Muscle |

Well i finally understand that being cut is a phase of you training plan over the year. It is definetively necesary to gain fat to gain muscle, there is no lean bulk at all, dont expect to keep you abs broad visible during bulk. Undubtely getting cut give you an edge on the next bulk, i can see that i have mantained my waist during this new bulk im on. Im already 12 lbs heavier i have still veins running my arms. I will cut again in february. I love when peoples stare at you, wear shorts and show your calves, muscle tops that show you veiny arms.. thats awesome.! If you are training bodybuilding seriously include a cut or two on your annual plan. And i may say as i have plenty models friends. Use other skin or masotherapy to help reduce you gut it works wonders, and you dont have to loose all muscle you have. |
