Vacation story idea

This is an idea I've had for awhile- I've gotten some sort-of framework from some rp-ing with folks and think it could maybe end up being a story I'll write up. Just wanted to get some feedback.

Okay- it's from the point of view of this guy, maybe 16-17. Goes to spend the week during the summer at the house of his best friend who moved away. He's expecting a weekend of just the two of them doing whatever they want because the friends' dad is a researcher for a small college near their house and tends to not be too attentive, even less so when he's working on something- well, it looks to be pretty dull- they live out in the country, there isn't much to do, but at least there's his friend, right?

Well, the second day, a saturday morning, they're in the kitchen- they hear a crash downstairs and a yell... then they hear the friends' dad running up the stairs- the door flies open... he yells at them to run, to get away- before he can finish, there's this intense flash of blue light--

So the three of them are a bit stunned, then begin to feel weird... the dad sort of realizes what's happening, but it's too late- their bodies go crazy... the three of them start growing, right there in the kitchen- flexing, bulging, covered in sweat... the teens left there with strips of their sweats/pajamas/whatever sticking to them... the dad with nothing but the shoulders of his lab coat- they all end up about 7' tall, covered in head to toe in thick, massive pumped muscle.... then the other side effect kicks in...

They're all standing there, looking at each other, looking at their own bodies, just kind of speechless, not knowing how to process this, seeing each other massive and naked, when the best friend gets this odd look on his face, gets instantly hard, drops ot his knees and explodes... the father looks horrified, then pitches back and grips the wall... his fingers dig in and the same thing happens to him, just shooting thick ropes... then it hits the main character, who breaks off a chunk of countertop in his hands...

Once they recover, there's the whole thing of figuring out what happened- the dad feeling awful about it, then the false hope when they change back after a couple of hours, only to have it happen again an hour later... they keep changing back and forth, the times in between get shorter and their sessions of being bigger get longer... there's some other things to work out, details... the boys adjust to it pretty well, they start to become more accustomed to having their hormones supercharged all the time... the living out in the country deal isn't so bad- seeing as they can go outside, test themselves a bit- after the first few transformations, when it becomes clear it's not going away soon, they just dont' bother with clothes... their 'normal' bodies become closer to their changed selves... the dad feels guilty about causing the accident, then about being turned on all of the time...

I don't know- what do you think? Could this be a thing?

It could definitely 'be a thing.' In fact, if no one minds, I'd love to flex my writing muscles to put this on paper. If no one minds, of course.

I've been a little dismayed with a few recent stories and their subject matter, this would be a redeeming project in my mind. Something to get my mind off my frustrations.

So.. is that cool with everyone? I'll write it?

but I wasn't aware this had become the story draft section. Last I checked it was a place for ideas. Shrug. That's what I get for reading the section name.

Woah, I didn't mean anything by it. It was an idea that I had, then I posted it. I simply said I'm working on a story based upon it and you're more than welcome to, as well. Hey, the more stories, the better for all of us.

Not really sure what the sarcasm's all about.

If I'd wrote that story I'd make only the dad grow first and impress the kids with strength feats, then the kids would be growing one by one after him, (but a long time after).

I think the story idea is excellent and I believe that a completed draft of a story, using the suggested plot, or a variation thereof, could end up being a fun read for all members of the site to enjoy!

So, write and and post it!!

First one to post his story on here... Will have his story read FIRST! (Duh!)

*Rex looks over and watches in shock, while Dave's muscles suddenly begin to inflate rapidly...
