He knows that he loves baseball and rare steaks other than that as far as he is concerned his life began when he awoke the next morning in the hospital. (Remind me never to cross Isaac!) He had no identification on him and since he had never been arrested (that is shocking all by itself) there were no fingerprints on file in any database. Since he looked different, nobody came forward to identify him. So there he exists in that county facility happy, harmless, and unknown. Just thought you’d like to know." --- And then, when the county emptied out all the facilities to transfer all the residents to group homes, Mike/aka Steve Doe wandered off into the sunset.....? | Yay! Happy ending!! I'm so glad that Mike got what he deserved & Eric too. ^^ I love happy ending stories, it always makes my day. Thanks for making the start of my day a good one. ^^ Btw: Anyone feel like this story could use a sequel? I mean: We don't know much about the first guys that were in that building & thus the first guys affected by the curse, could be worth a few chapters. ;3 Plus the ending IS quite open, though a lot of ends are tied up. The other members could be quite good as the main character in some small chapters where they talk to Eric about their past in greater detail. Kind off like parents or grandparents tell stories of their childhood to their kids. ^^ But that's just me, I'm already happy that the story ended well for Eric. ^^ |
