You can write but not sure 'bout the snuff elements. Some other peeps will find them offensive or really uncomfortable.Found that a bit to much. not really my style.

Your writing is good. The story was really pretty extreme snuffporn and not to my personal taste, and needed a warning up front, but there have been one or two others like it in the past. Just remember to warn people.

I don't see anything wrong with the occasional dark fantasy, but it's not a healthy sign if you need it in order to get off, and you're the only one who knows whether you do or not, despite the dire warnings of the previous reply. If you do, then be aware that no mental health professional nowadays will give the kind of help you would want - it's all drugs nowadays, instead of the talk and behavior based therapies that work better on something that isn't based in brain chemical imbalances.

I think that none of these people suggesting professional mental help are mental health professionals.

Fantasy is fantasy, and a creative outlet for what could be construed as a dangerous fantasy is perfectly healthy. Frankly I find it irresponsible of all these posters to essentially encourage the OP to ignore his fantasies and hope it goes away. If anything, a failure to recognize the distinction between fantasy and reality is as red a flag as any.

I didn't know Usernamef posted his story here before I read it for myself when he submitted it to me directly, but that wouldn't have mattered because I was going to post it on my site in any case. I leave it up to the reader's discretion on what he wants to do.

So there's absolutely nothing wrong with stuff like necrophilia and bestiality just because they're fantasies? Especially when you share it publicly?

It's creative writing... that's it. A normal person can share these things publicly and also know that it is a fantasy.

Let's put this into perspective with stuff already out there.
Do you think any of the well known horror story writers/media makers (Stephen King, Wes Craven, etc.) out there are as twisted in real life as the characters they write? Granted, there is no porn involved but it's still mostly similar. People get killed in sick and twisted ways in some of these novels (and in some cases worse than the story that was posted here).
Maybe it's because there is porn involved that this has suddenly become an issue? I really do think that people need to look at these stories on a "creative" basis only. Do the psychoanalysis on the characters and not the writer.

Once again, I would like to apologize for posting my story without the appropriate warnings for explicit content. I regret the incident and any harm or upset it may have caused.

To address the other issue that has cropped up, I would like to assure everyone that the story is pure fantasy and that I do not have these types of motivations in real life. The story is prima facie implausible and is only my poor attempt at "creative writing."

Finally, I do not wish to change the stated aim of this area of the forum, namely posting and commenting on stories, to discussing the motivations and psychological profile of writers/readers. Let us just write and read stories here, and have a good time. If you still have further concerns, you can message me directly, although I assure you that if I ever post here again, I will be much more careful.

I must say,

In my comments I said that this type of story isn't my style.

However, many stories on the forum are about power and domination and control. Snuff stories are more about that than murder. It's about power over someone weaker than you.

This was a fantasy, a dark one and yes it had physical violence, that floats some peoples boats. It's doesn't mean they need help or are going to go out and kill someone. It's unfair to judge someone on that basis

If you want to post these types of stories just pop a warning on them

I had to check this one out and i found it quite fun and interesting. I love horror, and the shock value of this story was pretty mild. Most importantly, I think a writer shouldn't censor his own art if some readers misunderstand it. I look forward to some more from this author. (a warning of "bullying/violence" wouldn't hurt)

I never do that but I had to give you some moral support here...

I read the story and hey, this is a fantasy forum where people talk about injecting steroids, growing mucles big enough to destroy buildings, etc.

It all turns me on but I am completely against the usage of steroids or - needless to say - destroying people or anything.

It's like saying people who like these furry muscled dogs that pop up even here in these forums are actualy gonna have sex with a pitbull... please, guys.

So I think people were overly upset about your story. I read it, I liked it, enjoyied your writting style as well as the plot, the domination and the killing.

It's like watching a horror movie. You get a little grossed out by the gore parts but you enjoy the general idea (not of killing anyone but the idea of entertaining).

Don't be this hard on yourself, stop apologyzing and please, keep posting. I've been here at the forum for years and I've seen people being bashed before... some of them deserved, some of them did not. I never spoke to/for them but I am doing it here.

Sorry if this upsets you. It's meant as an encouragement.
