How much aerobics? I was doing aerobics, and lifting like a madd-man. then about two months ago I cut the aerobics WAY back. I've been gaining weight radpidly, but it now isn't all muscle. So I want to add aerobics back, I juast don't know how much to add. I still want to gain some muscle, but I also want to tone & loose some fat, even if that means the muscle-gain must slow down. I guess I'm just confused. Any rough guidelines would be nice. Brent. __________________ God is in the rain. |
