Looking for Sponsors (Part 2)

I already posted a request for sponsors in the Personals section, but thought I'd add a few photos here to document the gains that I've already achieved. Let me know what you think!

Cheers,
Russ

Any pics of the wheels?

It looks like you've put in a lot of hard work on your upper body, your lats & abs look especialy good. Just be sure to work on your legs too. A lot of guys ingnore their legs, and I noticed you didn't include any lowwer body pics. Good luck reaching your goals, I think you will get to 195 lbs before you know it.
Brent

Legs, legs, legs....

Hello again, Brent,

Good catch... the photos I've posted here are all of my upper body, but don't interpret that to mean that I'm ashamed of my lower body. Squats are one of my favorite exercises, and I have been developing the lower body in symmetry with the upper body. It's difficult to take photos of my lower body that I'm satisfied with... the angle or lighting is always wrong.

When I get some decent shots of my quads and calves, I'll post them.

Thanks for the interest.

Cheers,
Russ

Good to hear.

I've always hated legs & shoulders. Consequently, I have neglected them. I keep trying to fix this (forcing myself to do them, repeating mantras, telling my legs & shoulders how much I love them...) but nothing makes up for the fact that I like doing chest, back, & arms. My stomache is my other bad point. So I'm glad to hear that someone actualy likes to do squats. The only part of a squat I like is the result, oh & the fact so many people suck at them, so I feel good that I can do them with correct form. One day I hope to like squats (boyond repeating "I like squats" in a mirror) and to have a stomache as tight as yours.

Monthly pics should really help to keep your motivation high. I first planned to do that, but it takes some doing, and it's hard for me to see the results each month. I was planning on updating my pics, but I came down with a soar throat, and step has been going around here.

Good Luck reaching your goals, and keep us up dated!
Brent.

Progress!!!

Up to 166 lbs of muscle, now... and growing. My chest is 41.5", arms 14.5", waist 29.75", thighs 20.5" (stubborn to grow), and calves 13.5"

Here are some new photos of upper and lower body. Looking forward to your comments.

Cheers,
Russ

Russ,

Here wondering how your progress is going since this thread started a couple years ago. I imagine you have grown quite a bit and are making steady progress toward that monster of muscle you want to become.....care to show us?

Last time i checked, which was about a few weeks ago, Russ looked, well, simply Awesome! He sure has stacked the pounds on and is ripped up very nicely. Go on Russ, show the board...
