Sick. I've been very sick with a bad summer cold for the last few days. I am now, slowly feeling better. Does anyone know how long I should wait before traing again? I don't want to kill my imune system, but I'm dying to get back to the gym... Thanx, Brent. __________________ God is in the rain. |

wait until the cold is completely gone. Taking a week off won't kill you, but getting back to the gym too soon might cause a relapse.
