Hey guys-
So far this is the deal. I am 23 and have been working out since the end of January. I go to the gym 4 times a week to one to two hours (depending on the day). I am looking to get huge. Unfortunatly, all I have to offer right now is a bicep pic. I hope it is good enough for you guys to get an idea. Please, any advice on suppliments, workouts would be great!
