Keep Workin' On YOU Your bulk/size is good at last pic, but you need to work on definition; pay closer attention to nutrition/eating habits. Drink more water, less other; all skim milk or non-fat is best; also mix yogurt with your protein shakes. Do all you can, that's what it's all about.
