there seems to be this big misconception that pro's are juicing huge amounts. while some are the one's i know including my coach don't do as much as a lot of peop[le think. as for first class or second class protein you body doesn't know the difference. proteins are metabolized the same in the body. If your trying to go professional in bodybuilding then be prepaired to give up a lot or if your trying to compate at the top of the amature level its still the same. You have to be willing to give up a lot of things most people take for granted. holidays, eating out, going to parties, family events etc. the list is endless. It's a sport but since its not a team one you have to live it 24/7 to achieve your goals in it. nothing less or you will fail. |
