thanks guys

I'm sure some of you feel the same way - since I was a kid I've always wanted to be huge like a bodybuilder but I honestly thought I could never be considered muscular even when I was an adult. You know, muscular enough that other people would say, "Damn that guy is built!"

Well I'm happy to report that after 1.5 years of regular lifting, friends (and even strangers) are starting to make unsolicited comments about my arms! When I started, my arms were about 12.5" pumped, and now they measure 15" pumped. Not bad after 1.5 years huh? Sure it's the beginners' gain (I won't expect 2.5 inches every 1.5 years), but hell, I'll take it!

I want to thank everyone here because muscle growth stories have kept my drive in the gym. Ever since I read my first growth story (I believe it was entitled "Big Time!"), I wanted muscle for myself. Without this community I'd probably think I'm a psychopath, being the only guy who's into muscle as much as we are!

Hey Claygrant,
congratulations on the gains!! I hope you took some pics when your arms were still 12.5", we would love to see the size change. And if you still have a pic wearing and old shirt (that you are out growing now) it would make our day bud!

Thanks ottomun! unfortunately I don't have any pics of my former guns... I guess i thought 12.5" guns weren't worth taking pictures of!

I do have a recent pic of me in an old shirt I wore two years ago. Before, the shirt was snug and fit just right. Now i can't wear it out because it's simply too tight!

Anyone else have this problem?
