Because you're tall, make sure you're really concentrating on the big compound moves, and don't worry about isolation exercises. I find that us tall folks (I'm 6'1) respond best to moves where angles minimize the amount of distance a weight needs to travel.
As a result, I tend to benefit most from inclines and decline benches as opposed to flat benches (although declines should be used minimally because of "saggy pec syndrome"). Likewise, on things like lat pulldowns, I find leaning back more than usually advocated hits my lats better than the shorter guys who can remain upright. On bodyparts like biceps, preachers work better than plain barbell curls, decline extensions work better than flat extensions. Hit me up if you'd like some more ideas. Sometimes my choices aren't the most popular, but I know what works for me, and since I'm 6'1 and long-limbed, I found most traditional approaches tend to leave me in the dust. Otherwise, good progress especially on traps and delts. If I'd recommend anything, I'd say more upper pec and midback work will help fill you in, and also send some nice shockwaves of growth through your delts and arms. Good luck.

Still growing, so thought I'd share the results of my latest bulking. Still have a few weeks to go. I have some updated pics at bodybuilding.com:

Grown Some More
I am officially 19 days out from the bodybuilding contest I'm competing in, and I'm still very excited. Working hard to drop bodyfat while maintaining muscle mass. At my max, I got to 190 lbs and am still weighing around 185 lbs. Two more weeks of cutting and cardio should bring my abs to eye-popping definition! Anyway, here are some pictures from the beginning of March. Let me know what you think!
