| SF Bay Area meeting? Anyone in the San Francisco Bay Area interested in meeting as a group to chat about our favorite topic(s)? Although I'm in the South Bay I'd wouldn't mind meeting in S.F. somewhere like Starbucks, Peets or Cafe Flore in the Castro. Anyone...? traveller     |

| when (weekend/weekday) and where? When would you guys like to meet, i.e., weekday or weekend? Also, where would you like to meet? Coffee shop, restaurant (e.g., Pasta Pomodoro in San Jose) or bar (e.g., King of Clubs in Mountain View or Splash in San Jose)? I prefer to meet on a saturday or sunday during the day at a coffee shop or restaurant. traveller |

| I'm all for coffee shops/restaurants. Saturdays and Sundays can be a little iffy because I'm in the City....quality time with the partner, and all that.....but they're doable if I have advance warning. |

| finalizing date and location for meeting Guys, Since your replies seem to favor weekdays and San Jose, I propose we meet on a Monday, e.g., Jan. 22nd or 29th, in San Jose, e.g., Chevy's Restaurant ( 550 S. Winchester, San Jose -- just north of 280 & Winchester; across the street from the Winchester Mystery House). I figure that Chevy's location is convenient to the freeway, and should have enough space in "back" to handle an ad hoc, possibly growing group of diners. What do you think? traveller |

| after all is said and done... I met wbhunk, jcnutt and ncscuc at Chevy's. It was a great to meet some fellow board members over dinner as a nice break from our stressed out lives. Sorry, we didn't take photos.  Next month I'll try to see if any board members want to meet during the International Bear Rendevous (IBR) week in San Francisco, and at the upcoming Sacramento bodybuilding contest. Traveller |

| It was great to meet Traveller and NCSCUC and to see WBHunk again. Hopefully the next time we can get more of our Bay Area board members to come on out. And, if anyone had any doubt of Traveller's arm size, I can guarantee you his stats are accurate. |
