Progress

In one month I have gained 4 pounds. My leg press has gone from 140 to 220 pounds. My leg curls have gone form 60 to 100 pounds. My chest press has gone form 60 to 80 pounds. My one'handed bicep curl has gone form 12.5 to 20 pounds. The two handed bicep curls have gone from 30 to 40 pounds.

That's great progress! Like you have heard on this board before, consistency is the key. Keep going to the gym on a regular basis and continue to increase weights. I'll never forget that first time I was shaving and noticed that I had muscles! Once you see muscle growth, you go for more and, sure enough, you get it. I went from 167# to 200# and arms from 15.5" to 17.5". And I ain't done yet!
