Here you are, ready for your dreams to come true.

All the effort you put into the years, training your mind and body and soul to achieve this feat. You've left your old life behind to travel to world to find these secrets, the bring your fantasy to life. You've travels to monasteries, apothecaries, and medical labs. you've talked to every witch doctor, every hypnotist, every monk, and scientist.

You've spent the last year preparing your body for this. honing your body to achieve this task. You've lost all your muscle gains from weight lifting to go on this journey. A sacrifice for something more to come, you believe. You put all of your faith into this. You had to pour all of yourself into this. You lost everything to gain this.

All for this moment.

In full lotus, you sit, and calm your mind. Releasing all thoughts. You've been training to do this for years. You quickly still your mind and body, and enter the state of mind required for this.

It is time. You can't open your eyes and see this happen. You have to let it all play out, and see it at the end. You feel the energy of growth around you, you feel your body prepared to absorb it all. You feel The over abundant power of growth that you've cultivated attempting to change you. But it must be done precisely. It must be done with order.

You begin with the root chakra.

You feel it open, and the rush of energy flooding the chakra almost causes you to break your meditation. You breath, and feel it flowing down your legs. The base of your body. Instantly, you feel the expansion run along your legs. In the cross legged position, you feel your twisted legs lengthen and fill with muscle. The power throbs, starting off small at first, but increasing in intensity with each heart beat. Your legs feel as powerful as they ever did, and still, you feel them expand outward. New muscle, veins, and nerve endings grow and appear. The intense feeling of new mass tempts you to open your eyes, and watch the growth happen. but no, you mustn't. You can't break concentration now. You feel your legs flex on their own, and can almost hear the sound of muscles engorge with blood. You feel like if you effortlessly straightened your legs right now, you'd leap 30 feet into the air. The growth slows to stop, your base complete. Your legs feel gigantic. monstrous. They don't even feel like they belong to you. The muscles straining against the skin. Your knees feel like they are miles away from you. Even your feet feel more powerful than your entire upper body. You want to look. you want to wiggle your toes at least. but no. Not yet. there will be plenty of time for that later...

With that chakra complete, you move upward, to your sacral chakra. You feel the growth flood your waist, pushing everything outward. Your butt, lower abs, and even your perineum growth and strengthen. You feel every vein throbbing strongly in your lower torso. Oh man...you can't wait for this growth to reach...no...not yet. Little by little. step by step. can't get ahead of yourself... The muscles of your butt swell outward along the ground, as you feel the dirt being pushed away. You feel your lower ab muscles thicken outward and inward, and widen with your hip bones. The growth finishes, balancing out the feelings of size with your leg. Then...another chakra opens...

Your pubic chakra opens, and wave after wave after wave of growth pours into your genitals. Quickly, they swell. You feel your balls almost instantly spreading their mass along the ground. You feel the inhumane amount of testosterone they can now produce flood your entire body. And almost roar as this feeling increases exponentially. no...No...NO! You mustn't! keep focused. keep calm. keep...growing. Your penis snakes outward, and throbs. You can feel each individual artery throbbing throughout your growing cock, as it begins to erect. You feel your member's hardness grow down and connect with the sacral chakra, and an even more intense wave of growth and sexual energy fills your penis. Oh God...it feels so big...and it keeps getting bigger. Pointing upward, reaching to the sky in front of you. The bloodflow is so intense, it feels like your cock is beating stronger than your own heart. You have to see this...

You fight the temptation. This is the strongest temptation yet. You feel so big, and sexual, you just want to masturbate here and now. You want to run off and find someone to fuck for hours. You knew this would be the hardest chakra to over come...and you manage to do it.

You realize this when your solar plexus chakra opens up. You feel the power of the growth radiate outward throught your whole body, causing everything to swell very slightly. You feel your lower rib cage widen. You feel the bones thicken. You feel your abs flex, and enlarge, covering your stomach with a wall of gigantic muscle. Your lower back swells outward and sideways, providing you with more stability. You feel the growth connect with the lower chakras, causing them to swell up slightly. You feel your penis strain against it's own skin. You feel another tiny boost of testosterone. Your high off the power. You want to test it out...again...though...you defeat yourself. you remain focused.

Your heart chakra opens, and it takes your breath away. The rest of your rib cage cages up. You feel it pushing outward on your arms. You almost open your eyes just to readjust your arms against your swell chest, but you don't. You love this. You LOVE this. You almost orgasm right there, but you stop. You hold back, as your chest continues to swell outward and outward. There is a discomfort. though, as your upper torso and shoulders remain at your current size. A feeling of euphoria begins to radiate out from your heart, as it grows to match the needs of your giant body. This euphoria slowly spreads throughout your body, increasing everything in size slightly more.

Then, the chakra in the throat opens. You feel the growth radiate from that point, out to your shoulders, down your arms, up your neck, to your jaw and around your ears. You feel your shoulders spread outward away from your ears. your traps push them down slightly as they grow, but this is quickly countered by your back. It feels like your back muscles might rip off your body as they harden and grow, bigger and bigger and bigger. It forces your posture downward, and you almost begin to fight it. You are about to lose focus, the discomfort of your transforming upper body tests the limits of your concentration. You return to your breath, and put your faith into your body once more. Your pecs swell up quickly, proving a balance to your back, pushing your shoulders back and straight again. Your arms explode with muscle. Your biceps feel boulders, growing bigger and harder by the second. Your triceps are growing so big that you feel like they are lifting your arms up without any effort. your forearms beat to the rhythm of your body. You feel your hands swell up against each other. You feel the growth right up to the tips of your fingers.

Your neck muscles flex bigger. then flex again, and again. Your jaw flexes harder and harder. If feels like the bones in your jaw are about to break from the power alone, but they too harden and grow bigger and stronger. Your jaw grows more chiseled and manly. You can't wait to go and show off your body. You can't wait to see...no...let that desire go. You are almost completed with this. don't ruin it now. don't lose everything now. You need to express this to the world...and with that thought, your entire body grows slightly again.

Then, your third eye opens. vivid visuals flood your mind as your skull and brain grow to fit your body. You feel your brain grow more focused. you feel the control of your mind completely fall into your hands. You begin to lucid dream. In a world where you are perfect, growing, an irresistible to everyone. You see all the people you ever wanted begging just to touch you. You feel yourself still growing in the dream. you see yourself giving your growth to your sexual partners. You see everything you ever wanted...

The most devious trap of the mind almost got you completely. You escaped your fantasy dream world. A world you can call upon at any time. A world you can channel into this world. but you can't get lost in that fantasy. Not now. Not when you are so close to the end. So close to...

The crown chakra opens, and all the growth energy inside your body explodes outward over your heard, and rains back down onto your whole body. You become one with reality, and your will alters it completely. You make it so. You control your form completely. And with that, one last burst of size fills your entire body. Every muscle and organ swells, growing more perfect.

You sit, the growth ended. You feel gigantic. You feel twice as tall as you were before. Your muscles almost groan as they move, their oversize mass stronger than steel. The last spurt of growth flooded your body with so much testosterone, and you feel your primal self howling for release. You keep him calm, and slowly open your eyes....

exercise has always been my favorite way to meditate. People think I'm weird at the gym because I tune out everyone and accidentally ignore everyone I know. Sometimes I drift into growth fantasies when doing yoga, and I need to relax and breath and calm down cuz I'm in public, which is where I got the idea for this story.
