The 4400: The Ecstasy of Grahame

Hi folks.

Recently watched an episode of the TV series, The 4400. I am not a fan of the show and have not at all followed the series,since being put off after the first few episodes of the first series. But being bored one night,i watched part of an episode called The Wrathe Of Grahame,in which a High School student played by Cameron Bright,gained the ability to instill messianic devotion in others after taking the drug Promicin....

The scene early on,in the gymnasium,where the cute boy in the blue t-shirt [Unknown actor Joey Pierce],was the first to fall under his 'at first unintentional' power,then the other cute skinny guy and the rest of the boys and the gym coach soon followed suit.....and it gave me a little thought.

What if..?
4400 related:
1] A gay man/High School student takes Promicin and gains the ability to not only 'selectively' choose who falls under his sway'[and not the widespread devotion in the show],but to also mould their physique to his whim.ie make them mouch more muscular and well endowed along with lusting for him.[especially in the gym setting]

2] As above,but without the Messiah like Jordan Collier character to stand in his way/or being more powerful than him.

3] No connection to The 4400 show whatsoever.
As with 1] but with the gay man/student gaining the power by taking an experimental drug/witnessing some kind of celestial event/magical,or other means.


I'd love to read a story with the latter plot [not being a fan/follower of the show] if some-one was creative enough to write it. I'll even read the story if it was 4400 related.!

I can't see much difference between the plot you are proposing and a dozen other stories that have been posted on here where a guy gains the ability to dominate others and remake their bodies. If you aren't a fan of "The 4400," why bother with the Promicin connection?

Personally, I think "The 4400" is the most interesting show currently on the air. It is using a sci-fi scenario to explore all kinds of fascinating issues, religious, social, psychological and sexual. And it has some very HOT guys!
