exercises for muscle mass or definition? Hi everyone...! \/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/ Quick question: supposed that we go to the gym: 1) to get bigger muscles 2) to get more definition so we show off muscles 3) to get stronger so we can do amazing things So there is my food idea: for 1) loads of protein, carbs and anything else but few fats for 2) loads of protein and something else, almost no fats for 3) loads of everything maybe not tons of fat... And my exercises idea: for 1) the reps should be 12-10-8, free weights, basic exercises for 2) aerobics & the reps get 14-12-10, various specific exercises for 3) the reps get 8-6-4 brute overload, basic exercises now the thing is: I go for 1. Any exercise scheme suggested? Also....tell me what you think of this ultra-rough scheme. I think we all have basic ideas in mind so I like to keep them simple....but effective. But need constructive critics! Thanks a lot ! |
