Yes, he looks good and big. He is 6'4" and 250#! But, hey, a lot of guys get to that size. Remember, this guy started with 14" arms even at a weight of 165#, so he's not a natural twig. Not to take anything away from all his hard work, but he was not the proverbial 95 pound weakling with 11" arms when he started -- that would have been me!

It took me years just to get to 14 inch arms! Now that I have even bigger arms, it's great!

YOU could work out and get to a bigger size for you! No need to be jealous - be inspired instead!

I wouldn't call it conventional --- more like "accurate" and "non judgmental"on yourself! While Charles deserves a lot of credit for his muscle gains and hard work, that doesn't make him, or any bodybuilder "G-d". He's just a guy like you and me who set a goal, worked hard and achieved it. You can do the same. Give yourself some credit!

Here is my take on it. We all have equal opportunity when it comes to changing our bodies. I am aware of this. It doesn't mean that I can't look at Charles and say that he isn't incredibly attractive.

I have a straight bodybuilder buddy that I interact with from time to time that says the same things to me. He wonders why I don't try to get as big and strong as him too. Not every man is the same though. We don't all want to be massive behemoths.

Actually, what I need is a buddy that would push me to get bigger. I fear that I would become obsessed and blow up as they say. The type of guy that I am attracted to is exactly like Charles. He has remained so handsome through his entire transformation. His hulking size is such a turn-on and plus he has other great traits too. I won't overreact anymore I promise!

Yeah, Achilles, those arms. I just about fainted when I saw the new pics. Holy SHIT! And that chest. Would hate to run into you walking down the street - would feel like a cement wall.

Charles, Just wanted to say what a truely impressive long term transformation you've made. Seeing alot more pics of you other than just webcam type shots really shows the massive change in you - I can now understand the comments you made a few years ago about people noticing you/saying things in the street. Now it's patently obvious from every angle what size and shape you are. Must be very satisfying.

Keep focussed as I am sure you will and keep us informed from time to time.

Seeing alot most recent pics of you compared to the more webcam type shots you used to post really shows the massive change in you - I had thought you'd given up the muscle game for good so it's heartening to see that you were striving forward and upward - I can now understand the comments you made a few years ago about people noticing you/saying things in the street - they are so deserved now. Now it's patently obvious from every angle what size and shape you are. Must be very satisfying.

I managed to also gain nearly 60 pounds in a year and I know how much commitment it takes to do that! Respect!
