ROund 2!!!!

Here I am 11 months later and I'm going to try mag-10 again.
This time I will do the single dose--not double. And I will not lift so g-ddamn heavy--I'll just do hard workouts, but not with heavy heavy weights. Also, I will increase calories via protein, but I will not shovel food all day long. Let's see how I do.
Current height: 5'9''
Current weight (last night at the gym): 167lb.
Bodyfat: ?? but I have a little bit of a belly right now. 4-pack shows when I flex.

Re: ROund 2!!!!

well...i did not finish the two-week cycle of mag-10, because i got a stomach bug toward the last three or four doses. but being on it for ten days, i did the following:
-ate all the time, adding a lot of protein
-lifted harder and more frequently
-gained about 10lbs
a lot of it was fat, but i also got buff too.
the mag-10 increases your libido, you can feel it working. I am not sure how much of a boost it gave me, but i think it did make me more gung-ho and jacked up to work out. I don't like it because it doesn't feel natural. But it works. I just wish i didn't put on fat, too.
I think i would use it again this way:
1) condition a lot before, with circuit training or high-reps
2) stick to a more "clean" high-protein diet
3)do it with a friend and monitor each other
4) do it with "mixed" or "max" training (in other words, HEAVIER WEIGHTS) that really help increase size.
5) follow up the 2 week cycle with a cutting or defininition phase

So there's my advice. You can achieve your goals without mag-10, but mag-10 gives a boost.

Sounds good

That sounds very good, 10 pounds is impressive, but I can't help but wonder if it's safe or not. Congratulations on the progress, and I hope you feel better soon Polo.

Brent.
