Ash and Misty were travelling after a long hard trip through all of Kanto towards Pallet Town, Ash's home town. They were so tired and worn out, the duo just wanted to stop and rest in Viridian City despite it being so close to Pallet.

"A-Ashhh..I gotta stop." said Misty, absolutely out of breath.

Huffing, Ash sat down right next to her and wiped off his forehead with his forearm. Both were sweating like Snorlax's in the middle of the desert at noon.

"M-Misty, I'm just gonna sweat my entire body away and there will only be Poke'balls left. That's all that'll be left Misty." Ash replied.
Wanting to slap Ash on the side of the face for such a dumb remark, she only weakly replied, "Oh shut up and let's just get to the Poke'mon Center already."

Nodding, both trainers started to quite literally crawl their way to the P.C. where they could relax and regain their energy. Luckily, it was only a few hundred feet away. Unluckily, they were almost too tired to crawl.

Giving up halfway, Ash reached down and grabbed a Poke'ball and released the Poke'mon inside. A small turtle appear and gave a confident: "Squirtle!"
"Now...why didn't I think of that?" said Misty, letting out her Starmie.
"Squirtle, use Water Gun on me, but not that strongly." said Ash.

The Poke'mon nodded before letting out a stream of water which quickly covered Ash and refreshing him with nice, cold water. Starmie soon followed suite and Misty was soon soaking wet. Both trainers returned their respective Poke'mon to their balls then standing up, feeling enough strength to make it to the P.C. on foot.

When they entered they were greeted with the usual assortment of Poke'mon trainers and their Poke'mon. Walking upto the Nurse Joy there along with a Chansey greeted them and offered towels to dry themselves off. They accepted, and after a few minutes of drying, sat down to relax for the evening.

Ash woke up the next morning, he noticed he and Misty had blankets over them, most likely Nurse Joy's doing. Ash's stirring also woke up his friend and she realized the same thing.

"Wow Ash, we really must have been tired to just fall asleep like that. I feel much better now though." said Misty, folding the blanket and setting it beside herself.
"Oh yeah! I feel great!" replied Ash to no one in particular, stretching his body to loosen it up. Although this didn't last long as he popped his neck out on accident.

Sighing, Misty went over and with surprising strength and skill, perfectly reset Ash's neck. "Jeez Ash, you really are weak, you should work out more."
"Oh Misty, you know I don't have time for that kind of thing." Ash groaned, Misty was sometimes as bad as his mother, only at least his mother talked about his underwear, which still wasn't a very good thing, but better then Misty.
"Well, it's not like there's some freaky little machine that you can just give a big ole' yank and grow big Ash." said Misty.
"It...would still be great if there was." replied Ash quietly.

They had just started out towards Pallet again, when in the middle of the road was a pillar, about three feet tall, and with a large hook-like object in the middle. Next to it was a sign that said:
"Yank and Grow! Just one yank and grow huge!"

Both trainers stared back and forth between the two objects, after about a minute they looked at each and burst into laughter, putting them both on the ground. After several minutes of laughter that might have killed them had they continued, both stood up and continued onward, giggling slightly as they went on.

Soon after they left the city, the duo came upon another pillar-like object which seemed look exactly like previous one, only it had written on the pillar itself:
"Pull and Buff 2.0! Now with more chain!"

Unlike before, where both trainers about died laughing, only Misty laughed once more while Ash was mesmerized on the word: "Buff". After Misty calmed down, Ash could only still think of "Buff".

About an hour later, Misty sat down for a rest and soon fell asleep. Ash saw his chance and slowly walked off, leaving his friend completely vulnerable to anyone that might come along. After he was out of range of waking his friend up, Ash hightailed it back to the wonderful little pillar, to see if it was still there. It was.

"Hehehe, I can't wait to see how big I get my little wonderful pillar." Ash smiled with a slight tint of evil within.

He prepared to grab that handle and pull away....

*evil grin* NEVER!....Well....actually yes eventually I will give more, since I honestly want to, but if ya'll are so wanting more ASAP, I might do just that (for once). Especially if I can force....errr....."convince" Phoenix to do the sequence for this. We kinda "role reversed" on this, I'm doing the story so he can get inspiriation for doing the actual sequence.
