Ou's progress Now that is impressive. Congrats on the progress there! Heh, I'm going to have to play catch up to get some developement like that going for me, though I'm not doing all that bad, just takes some time. Keep doing whatever you are doing there, and the results will continue to shine through. .....now, if they could only find a way to let you have the benefits of doing crunches....without actually having to do them, I'd be all set. |

OUStud82, Gotta say that you are showing some great progress! I'm especially impressed with the development in your triceps and chest. I'm guessing that your bench press poundage has increased significantly in the past 9 months, too. Keep growing! |
