| How do I post a pic to my profile Ok, so its time for me to step out and show you some pics of my physique at various points in time. Found 1 so far from when I was it pretty good shape (not perfection but enough to get attention / comments) - I was around 195 at the time and arms were right around 19" tried making it my avatar but it doesnt seem to be working. not too interested in setting up a flickr account to be able to link to but if i have to....     |

| You need to link it from a website where its uploaded, it doesn't (and maybe shouldn't) be flickr, photobucket tends to be much more forgiving with offsite linking. |

| speaking about pics ...... I have a few thimbnail pics between 4 & 11 jpegs . Is there a software which can resize it and maintain the best picture quality ? |
