Poetic Injustice

[COLOR=#00bfff]when he flexed and posed out on the street.[/COLOR]
[COLOR=#00bfff]That's how I met him one fateful day,[/COLOR]
[COLOR=#00bfff]I saw him flex and prayed, "God, let him be gay!"[/COLOR]
[COLOR=#00bfff]He did'nt notice me until I started drooling on his feet,[/COLOR]
[COLOR=#00bfff]He smiled at me, flexed, and asked, "Wanna suck my meat?"[/COLOR]
[COLOR=#00bfff]"Oh Lord thank you!" I thought in my mind,[/COLOR]
[COLOR=#00bfff]while he led me to his house.(Damn thats a sexy behind)[/COLOR]

[COLOR=#00bfff]When we walked into his room he closed and locked the door,[/COLOR]
[COLOR=#00bfff]then looked down at me and kissed me passionately, "Wanna see more?"[/COLOR]
[COLOR=#00bfff]"PLEASE!" I pleaded with his loving saphire eyes,[/COLOR]
[COLOR=#00bfff]We both fell deeply in love, I can't tell no lies.[/COLOR]
[COLOR=#00bfff]He grunted his approval, and flexed his gigantic pecs,[/COLOR]
[COLOR=#00bfff]we both new deep down this is leading to some hot muscle sex.[/COLOR]

[COLOR=#00bfff]I knew that cause his pillar grew as such.[/COLOR]
[COLOR=#00bfff]God, that veined, pulsing 20inch prick,[/COLOR]

[COLOR=#00bfff]but all that was there was my pomeranian, Bom Bom.[/COLOR]
[COLOR=#00bfff]He licked my face while I sat up in bed,[/COLOR]
[COLOR=#00bfff]images from my dream still swimming in my head.[/COLOR]
[COLOR=#00bfff]A tear fell from my eye as I woke up alone,[/COLOR]
[COLOR=#00bfff]for my husband would never be coming back home.[/COLOR]
[COLOR=#00bfff]He was a soldier and went to Iraq,[/COLOR]
[COLOR=#00bfff]Now he is gone, and never coming back.[/COLOR]
[COLOR=#00bfff]It would be our 10 year anniversary this May,[/COLOR]
[COLOR=#00bfff]but his death was 2 months ago today.[/COLOR]

[COLOR=red]I wrote this poem as a story, nothing in here is real as far as I know.[/COLOR]
[COLOR=#ff0000]This was a personal challenge for me, and I wanted to reflect on the times we live in today.[/COLOR]
[COLOR=#ff0000]Write what you think of this story, Im thinking of sticking to poems, It is much easier for me to write this way, though it might be alittle Dr. Suessie. Thank you all for motivating me to start writing again.[/COLOR]

Very hot and sweet poem. I didn't expect the tragedy at the end, but it's a great reminder of the mess we are in right now.

I really liked this. Also, it's not as Dr. Suess-y as you think. There's definately a lot of passion at the roots of this poem/tale. It's a fresh look at the world we live in here and now. It's a beautiful piece, and although a bit depressing in its ending, really seemed to put your thoughts and feelings into perspective for us all.

I hope you'll write more in the future. I always find it amazing what we can share when we pick up a Pen. Great Job, and best wishes on writing more!
