Help. Hey everyone, I'm brett. I've been watching this forum for about a year now, but recently, i started working out, i used to be just a little bit overweight, but i always carried it faily well, but recently i got really depressed, & in that time, i gained ALOT of weight, around 60 lbs 2 be exactly. So about a week & a half ago (closer to two weeks actually), i started working out a little. I don't have the money to join a gym, nore would i really know what 2 do. So I've been using a selfpowered tredmill for the first few days, & then i started using an oliptical trainer since then (usually around half an hour a day, until i could do a little more without getting totally winded). So today I started Using a fitness ball because it's the only other thing here 2 use to work out. I looked up exercises for it & came up with this. http://ca.askmen.com/sports/fitness_...ness_list.html I've tried some & the only ones i can do right now is just the basic crunches & the wall thing. Basically, I just wanna know, with what i got 2 use, what should i be doing & how many times to lose weight & maybe even gain some muscles? Also, i might even get some dumbbells or whatever. in the near future if i can, so if i was 2 buy them, what weights should i get? If im not posting this in the right area, im sorry, i'm not sure exactly where i should be posting this. If anyone can help me out i'd reallllyyy appreciate it! =] |
