Friend at Work

So I had a friend I knew at work named Jo. He's a bit Asian/Caucasion, a bit tall, with a bit of muscle on him. We were mutual friends, but one thing I like about him was always his smile. We used to work together a while back last year until I moved to Dallas. I left the place a few weeks back and came back to my old job. Every Monday we get our paychecks and while I was taking an order yesterday, my other coworkers were calling his name. I was glad to see he was still working here (even though i already knew he was, but I was usually working on different times than him). I was totally shocked when I saw him.

He looked like he blew up, this friend of mine had added a lot of muscle on him while I was out. Granted, he does look like he has a combination of fat/muscle, but last year, he was just a tall lean guy. Before, he would walk casually, but now, his thighs are much bigger, so he sorta waddles now. I mean.. not sure how to keep explaining.. but damn he looks much much better than last year. I even told him how much bigger he looks and hot damn he pulled that smile again and laughed saying he was going to the gym.

I was going to bring my camera next Monday to take several pics of my new coworkers and friends I knew last year that worked there, if I see him, Ill be sure to take some pics of him and post.

Well I'm so disappointed in myself today. I told myself to bring my camera today, but I totally forgot since I was running late. 2 PM hit... some of the other employees came in to get their checks and left. I was hoping Jo wouldn't pick his check up today and maybe he would step in tomorrow (and id be prepared this time) but of course, he came today.

Jo looked so great, he sorta does has that offseason look to him. In all honesty.. I've always thought of him as a really good friend, but seeing him now... I find him incredibly hot.

I'm still determined to take a pic of him btw. :P

Well it happened again... I finally brought my camera and was ready to take pic of him... but he didn't show up Monday. Brought the cam the next day and nothing.

I'mma go in to work Sunday night and get a pic of Jo.. Also, while going through my camera.. I found an old pic of him. I'll be happy to post it later.

Sounds good. Does he look very big in the old pic? If not, it would be a great "before pic" for a before & after comparison. Thanks for your efforts.

since my partner dumped me 4 months ago i have stepped up my training to help keep my mind off of things. yesterday I ran into a friend of my ex's who noticed the changes in me and felt my arms. She said "wow" you are getting big and then she turned to her daughter and told her to feel my arms. I felt embarrassed but discreetly flexed while her daughter wrapped her hand around my bicep. The friend said she could not wait to tell my ex how good I looked. I walked away with the first smile I have had in awhile.

I had a similar thing happen to me. I had dated this woman for about 4 months and I was pretty heavy back then and never worked out. About a year after we broke up I started lifting and a short time later I ran into a friend of her sister-in-law.. I guess she told my ex's sister-in-law that my ex was stupid for letting me go because I was hot... that's an ego boost right there.

Judging from your avatar pic, it's your partner's loss! And he'll probably be smarting after hearing of your new growth. Way to go!

The "after" pic looks good. Like you said, "the offseason look." I like that a lot, too. Invite him out for some chow and ask him about his training. Who knows where the conversation might lead?

I'm so sad, he's going to be leaving this job for another one. I've known him for so long and it's going to be sad to see him go.
