Question Does anyone know if this is legit?

http://www.trulyhuge.com/books.htm

I have seen the advertisement/link to this web page advertising a downloadable book that can teach you how to gain 25 pounds of muscle in 8 weeks. I've generally understood that 1 pound per week is about the best one can hope to achieve.

I've kept this page in my internet bookmarks for a couple of weeks now, debating on whether or not to spend the $37 to download it.

Has anyone heard about this program, and if so, is it legit? should I spend the money? Or is it completely bogus??

Any and ALL feedback is requested. Thanks.

I'll admit that I haven't seen this ad before and that I know nothing about their program, but in my experience if something sounds too good to be true it's probably not true.

However, the program might have something new to offer--I just wouldn't get my hopes up on gaining those 25 lbs in eight weeks.

I'm a little suspicious too. Maybe a few of us could go in together to test it. If it worked, I'd gladly pay them $37!

Noticed this thread has died down ... is there a verdict out yet?

LOL, after 6 months... I'd guess the jury says, "Scam".

Short of serious steroids you're not going to gain more than about 1 or possibly 2 pounds of real honest to god muscle tissue tissue a month. Fat gets re-distributed and you can look bigger (a good thing). If a non-steroid substance does put on lots of weight quickly, you can bet that most of it is either water or fat.

Anything that promises more and really worked, would be all over the magazines as legit articles, not advertisements or advertisements disguised as articles.

Bottom line: There ain't no shortcut. Fifteen to twenty pounds a year real muscle is possible if you're serious, thorough and consistent. Three years = 45 to 60 pounds. That's the difference between 150 and 195-210. Not shabby at all. Very realistic for the dedicated BB'er.

Three pillars of building: Exercise: Diet: Sleep The only thing that doesn't take research and practice is sleep.

Ain't no shortcut. Even steroids need lots of research to use effectively. (If you can get 'em and get away with 'em.)
