hello hello all im new to this forum so give me a chance hey, ha! wondering if anyone could help me on which muscle growth/protein drink i should buy. i want one to help build my muscle but haven't got a clue where to buy them from, im from liverpool. any tips on what i can do, is progain the one i should be looking at? what shops sell these at what prices ect? thanks in advance |

Not really sure what the best things to get are, but Holland & Barrett are usually good, often have a sale or a two for one on. I was in Liverpool last week. |

You might want to put this in the "Traning Section". My opinion: After 6 months of going to the gym, I took my friends advice and finall pony'd up the cash to buy a protein powder. I bought "Wheybolic Extreme 60". It promises to increase strength and size... and it really does work. My lifts are a little better then usual and I don't feel as drained after a workout. I also use a little less then the reccomended dose. I use 2 scoops each day as opposed to the 3 scoops they tell you to use. My friend said there is no point in taking in that much protein. You'll just piss it out anyway. Plus, it saves me money ! __________________ [Insert witty quote here...] |
