Instructions to register an account at CYOC is quoted below:

...and tell him that Musclemage referred you. Please don't e-mail him if you are younger than 18 years of age. Doing a kindness here and I'd rather not get blocked myself.

CYOC got SERIOUSLY spammed a few months ago (just like this site got spammed early this morning) and Changes closed the online registration in order to prevent it from happening again. I used to own a web forum which got spammed that way and I just ended up deleting mine completely, so I can totally understand the frustration of a board Admin who has to "clean up" the mess that is left behind following an attack. When my forum got over 10,000 porn messages posted on it for the third day in a row, I just gave up and deleted it.
