If you've seen it, you probably know who i'm going to say... Gaston. They sing a whole song dedicated to how strong, manly, how big his biceps are and how no one can compare to him! it's great!

Certainly one of my favorite animated sequences of all time (all together now "so I'm roughly the size of a baaaaarge!").

shortly after "beauty and the beast" was released I was involved as a chorus member in a professional production of an opera where I live. One of the hired leads in the production was a friend of the singer/actor who played Gaston in the film and informed me that Gaston's actor looks as good as his drawings

My fav Gaston moment is when he effortlessly picks up the bench with the three hot babes on it, with one hand! Then we’re treated to that sexiest of lines, “As you see I’ve got biceps to spare!” And boy does he ever! Love the ‘boom boom’ sound as he flexes his massive ‘ceps with his free arm. How I’d love to be sitting on the bench too, gazing down at that gorgeous, super strong muscle mountain.[/COLOR]

Totally agree that Gaston was a hottie. I even loved the whole concept that he basically had women as well as men going ga-ga over him.
The boom-boom sound effect puts me over the edge

It kind of reminded me of an episode of I Love Lucy where Ricky was the beach stud in a play and flexed his bicep to a similar boom-boom sound. He was no Jay Cutler, but he definitely woke me up in my fascination of muscles!

I guess it's true, people are always attracted to the bad boys...

Of course, as I mentioned, I liked watching Gaston too, but has anyone else noticed that when the Beast transforms to the Prince that he is pretty muscular, too? In fact, I think he makes all the previous Disney princes look like skinny little wimps!

Ayup, although I was a bit disappointed that he wasn't MUCH bigger. Surely the law of transformation would indicate that if he were that tall and bulky as a beast, he'd be equally tall and bulky as a human? Look at Shrek, for example! In human form he's the same size and QUITE the hottie.
