College Distance Runner Turned Bodybuilder

[COLOR=white]It is the first day of Freshman year of college and Derek Rubis, a college cross country and a track distance runner, just got done with his cross country workout that he wanted to get into the weight room to do a workout and he saw that he was in the weight room with a bunch of football players and saw his roommate and buddy Mike Berg, who is the star quarterback on the football team, all jacked up, more muscular, buffed up and ripped. Derek felt out of place but he got into the weight room and stared to workout in the weight room. Derek thought if he was in the weight room that he could get more ripped and a little more muscular but not above 145 lbs for a cross country runner. Derek loves the world of bodybuilding but didn?t tell anyone that. Then Derek?s roommate and friend Mike Berg walks over to Derek and talks to him.[/COLOR]

[COLOR=white]Mike Berg: Hey Derek what the hell are you doing in the weight room. Cross country and track distance runners are usually not in the weight room and if they are in the weight room they are all in here to tone their body like getting six pack abs and muscular/ripped arms. So is that why you are here.[/COLOR]

[COLOR=white]Derek Rubis: Mike I know all of that and that they are only in the weight room two to three days a week but I am a skinny cross country and track distance runner who just wants to gain a little more muscle mass and get six pack abs.[/COLOR]

[COLOR=white]Mike Berg: That is nice to know. I think you should do the football workout program in the weight room and you will see that your biceps and abs and the rest of your body will become more ripped and you should be in the weight room five days a week.[/COLOR]

[COLOR=white]Derek Rubis: Thanks for the advice roommate.[/COLOR]

[COLOR=white]Then for five day a week Derek was getting in the weight room to lift weights, doing cross country six days a week, protein shakes and eating healthier so that he could gain a little more muscle mass and six pack abs. After only a month Derek saw that he was the same weight as he was a month before and his roommate and best friend Mike Berg had gain about 10-15 more pounds to become more muscular. Derek didn?t know what to do and thought to himself that it was hopeless to get six pack abs and get a little more muscular and that he was going to stay at the weight of 130 lbs that he was. Derek wished that he was as big as the Super Heavyweight guys in bodybuilding contest, about 275 lbs, and that he could make bodybuilding his life. Than one morning after Derek got dressed in black and white polka dot boxer shorts, Levis Jeans, and Blue and White Striped Button Down Shirt. He knew that day was going to a different kind of day because something was going to happen to Derek.[/COLOR]
