loopiest exercise theories what are the strangest things you have tried to make muscle?i've got 2.when i started out,i figured the way to get an evenly developed body was to use the same weight on every exercise.i was doing wrist curls&bench presses with 135lbs!hello,Popeye!i highly recommend dessicated liver tablets.once,on the road,i couldn't find them.i found liver powder.I CAN EAT ANYTHING!i opened the jar&had to throw the whole thing away.it was so rank! |

My husband Rob once had a trainer that told him not to do stomach exercises. The problem, according to said trainer, was that the muscle from crunches, etc. would encapsulate the fat on the stomach, and you will never be able to get rid of it. This is why so many powerlifters, and such (think anyone with a 'roid gut) have such large stomaches--they build up those muscles without loosing that fat first. If this theiry doesn't qualify as loopy, I don't know what does... __________________ God is in the rain. |

oddly I've heard that before too! No idea what truth there is to that or not.... but to me it sounds like an excuse for being chubby. |

Brent, I think that sounds kind of strange too. Is that guy supposed to be certified? __________________ -ottomun6- It's time to stop sitting on the sidelines and get in there! |
