1rm? does anyone have an equation or formula to calculate the max rep for an exercise? For example:a guy can do 1 set of 12 reps of triceps extensions at 50 pounds, using strict form and has to really push on the last rep, how do you figure out what the max rep is? any help would be appreciated. |

I use exrx.net's One-rep Max Calculator, but the range is only from 1 to 10. |
