Triceps Exention Machine Yesterday, I had to go to the gym alone as my husband was feeling sick. Since that left my without a spotter, I decided to use some machines towards the end of my workout. Well, the first machine I used was the Triceps Extension. I set the seat height, and seat back for my size, and started to use it. I couldn't comfortably do them, and I had to put the seat up! At first I was perturbed that in the last few months since I used this machine, I seemed to have shrank by over an inch. I was sure that wasn't true, so I go in an looked more closely: I hadn't shrank, my triceps had grown to the point that they wanted a extra inch of space of their own! I felt great for the rest of the night, and wanted to tell everyone here! How many of you out there have had a similar experience? Brent. __________________ God is in the rain. |

Congrats Brent! I haven't had that particular experience--as I don't use the tricep extension that much--but can certainly understand why it put you in a good mood for the rest of the day (week? month?). Keep up the good work big guy! __________________ "You can never be too rich or too big!" |

You just keep getting bigger and stronger! Good for you. The next thing you'll be telling us is how the machine ended up being turned into a pile of scrap metal. All those muscles bulging and pulling enormous weight. You may need all the guys on this forum to come and give you a spot. Remember the experience and carry it in your heart. Some cold rainy day you can pull out the memory and warm your heart with it.......... |

they just don't make nautilus machines the way they used to, huh? Ohhh... of the list of problems I'd like to have... |

Thank you everyone for your nice responses. I will try to keep that experience for a rainy day (God knows we get enough of them here)... As for EJ: Quote:
