Wonder why images disappear like that on this board, instead of becoming Red X's like on every single other board. At least you could tell they were expired articles then.

Back in 2004, you were allowed to attach images, etc. directly to posts on this board. Some time after that, as on many boards, members were required to upload attachments to hosting services such as Photobucket, etc. As far as I know, all attachments from the prior period are gone.

Now you see, if that had been me, i would have come out with a string of technical jargon about PHP and MySQL and their purposes and what various coding functions would have caused, and ended on a derogatory note about IIS systems, and Microsoft in general.
