| as a NY'er yes,i think it probably would have happened anyway.but the republican congress,whose actions bordered on TREASON during the Clinton administration(shutting down the government TWICE,whitewater,travelgate,defending the"honor"of PAULA JONES?!!!)accuse,accuse,accuse.keep him in court.keep making stuff up until you find something!i don't want to think how they would have"spun"9/11... |

When I was in the Navy, we watched--along with all the other services--America's restricted airspace. NORAD has already said that tracked the first plane for over 17.5 minutes, although it only takes 42 seconds to scramble a jet, just in case. Apparently, their was telephone trouble that kept Cheeney from being able to order the planes downed. I'm sure Gore would have had a cell phone, or some other way to stay in touch.
