There's a difference. Being black and disabled are stuff you can't really control and AREN'T subjective (you either are or you're not), but being "ugly" or "good-looking" is both subjective and, in most cases, a malleable quality. Obviously, he isn't classically-attractive, but enough people find him hot that such a characterization isn't reallysomething to be angry about.

I'm not sure what blog post this thread is referring to but I didn't see any ugly on that site. With muscle guys like these you have to be severely deformed to not be hot. Really, the brute faced dudes are sometimes hotter than the guys with the greek-god faces because they look so overwhelmingly butch. A little ugliness, a little imperfection (or even a lot in certain cases) can make someone much more interesting and sexy than the unrealistic perfection that we see in mainstream magazines.

You are on a site that has a very significant "look at pictures of muscle guys and jack off" component. The majority of the posts in this sub-forum are about the grossly superficial aspects of different guys i.e. what they look like. The morph forum is explicitly dedicated to superficiality--it's all about image. So to ride in here on a PC high-horse and criticize people for saying they don't like someone's appearance is ridiculous. That guy in the pic is not going to have his feelings hurt because he almost certainly doesn't read this board.

In this context, "he's hot" and "he's ugly" are morally equivalent. No one's running up to people and telling them any of this stuff. We're essentially discussing images not directly interacting with the photo subjects.

Now if someone posted a photo of themselves then the feedback would have an entirely different component and your complaint would have some weight. But this is like getting mad if someone thinks the Mona Lisa model looks fat.

Damn, I'm envious on two counts: you trained near this guy and you trained at a gym he'd train at. Is it your normal gym? With almost every work out option in my city confined to "health clubs" instead of gyms, I've been a little pissed off. I have to wait for competitions to see guys in person who are inspiring. There aren't any at my gym.

Oh, yeah, Benny5 on bodyspace. He seems like a really nice guy, too. He maintains a training journal on bb.com and actively helps folks. Lots of dialogs between him and other BBers about technique, diet, etc. It might bore you if you're not a gym rat.

I used to train at Muscleworks gym in London, and Zack could be seen there from time to time, along with a lot of other UK pros and other big guys. The gym has a very hardcore reputation, and definitely isn't a health club lol.

To be honest, I think he doesnt look very handsome at all in these pictures, but i bet in reality he's really hot. Maybe its all the muscle, but in person, i bet he'd be incredible to look at

In his earlier pictures, when his face is more angular and defined, Zach looks really handsome, actually. Is it because the testosterone causes fat to be stored in the face? its kinda a strange phenomenon, because these bodybuilders faces fill out a lot even though their body fat levels remain rather low. I'm assuming its a result of the anabolics.

Anyway, I certainly wouldnt kick Zach out my bed hehehe. (not like you could, either)
