Vascular?

hey fellas,
I've been lifting since around 2001 and I've definitely gotten bigger, not really cut, but i've put on mass. anyway, last night while i was brushing my teeth, getting ready for bed, i noticed a big blue vein running down my left bicep. i held my arms up and discovered a whole roadmap of blue veins running through my arms. they're not popping out, but i've never seen them before. now a few hours earlier i did a pretty rough workout on biceps, triceps, shoulders, and forearms... maybe that has something to do with it.
when i was a kid i used to have a roadmap of veins all over my chest, but that faded and was eventually covered with lots of hair. is this the beginning of big veiny arms?

It sounds like someone's getting veiny! Awesome guy. The first and only time I've seen veins (or to be exact emergence and then fading of) was after a grueling arm workout.

Just keep doing what you're doing. It's working for you obviously.

Cool

I know how great it is to look in the mirror and be surprised when you realize that the time you spend in the gym really does have positive visible results. Keep it up. As for the veins, try flexing those biceps while holding your breath and watch the veins explode. The more you work out, the better it gets. Is this a great sport, or what?
