Help me plzzz Hey everyone, Well my problem pretty much is I am a ectomorph which you all know means it is hard for me to gain mass and muscle. Anyway, I started eating 6 times a day and I am going to the gym 3 times a week (I also have a protein shake every day). My freind who is a personal trainer also wrote me a program for gaining mass. I do chest/biceps Mondays, leg and sholders Wednesdays and back on Fridays. But my actual question is that I recently started playing rugby again. There's two practices every week and a game every Saturday. Do you reckon playing rugby would prevent me from building mass or muscle or would it help me? I'm not sure about rugby (which may mean a lot of cardio wich is better for cutting than bulking) but i can say one think in advice.
