I've found an easy to use morphing program!

While surfing the web a few days ago, I found an interessting program called "AnmanieSMP".

It allows you to use effects like: grow, shrink, pull, twist, etc. You can also animate your morphs and save them as an .avi-file. Best of all: it's freeware!

try copying your picture to the clipboard and then "import from clipboard"

bgray20041986, your computer should have automatically downloaded the program when you clicked on the link. It's called, "anm24i". If your system didn't, just click on the program of the same name to get it.

Freak-A-Zoid47x, it would be easy to slip one in there. Many free programs will install spyware, worms, or whatever. If a program is free, but not open-sourced, I'd be suspicious.

I just searched the web using google to find a site to download this program, because the official site of the program is down.. You can download it from other sites too if you like, but this site has the latest version.

When you create a post, just click the "Manage Attachments" button, then "Browse", select your picture and press "Upload". After you've done this you can submit your reply by pressing the "Submit Reply" button.

it wont allow me to make it go from the morphing program to here

i cannot get a new pic in it. i tried to cut and new from clipboard and it still does not work.

You first need to save your edited picture, click on Project and then on Export Current Picture. Once you've saved your picture, you can attach it to your post.

Click on Project > New > Import from file, and select the file you want to edit.

The byplay on this thread reminds me of many I've encountered on this and other sites regarding ability to download, etc.

While I have no idea what's causing the difficulty in this case, I'm wondering if it's yet another skirmish in the Mac/PC wars (which some of us had hoped were ending during our lifetimes). As a Mac user, I've come upon many a software tool, freeware download or even simple file that is inaccessible to Macs. Even the "Morphed Muscle" site seems to be pretty much impenetrable by most if not all Macs (acknowledged now by the site owner)!

Are some of you Mac users? If so, that might be your problem here. It might not be a bad idea for folks to mention--if they know--when something is definitely or possibly "PC only."

when i downloaded the program and unzipped it, i got a dialogue box saying that some files were either missing or damaged and i would be unable to import or export files. it sounds like some folks are experiencing the same thing, only they never got the dialogue box.

the program was free, so i'm not upset about it.

what did come up looks like another image manipulating program called "goo". is that program still available? it worked pretty well.

Thanks for the tip on the freeware. This is my first. Wanted him about twice this size (I'm a Paul Rienzo fan) but beyond this size it distorts too much. Looks like I'll still have to get photoshop someday.
