| Wheel Barrow Wow - he has a beautiful torso- hugely thick pecs, carved abs, full shoulders. WhoaH! Question: What muscles is he working when he does this? At a guess: traps (movement is at least partly like a deadlift), abs (to hold himself upright) quads (movement is "like" weighted lunges with dumbbells, except he doesn't go down, he goes horizontally as he walks) and lats (stabilizing the torso). What do the rest of you exercise physiologists think?  Mdlftr |
