Not sure where to start with working out! Hi We've recently converted our garage into a gym and in all honesty I've got the attitude "I want to lose weight / gain muscle etc." The only thing I'm lacking is the "how to" bit. Can someone give me some advice on a basic routine to start off? The gym has the following: Exercise Bike Free Weights Multi Gym Bar Weights Cross Trainer I'm thinking of trying to work out 3-4 times a week (every other day) to start off with? Is this the best or should I start with less / more? Thank you in advance! Matt P.S. Not used to exercise so be gentle lol! |
