 Pump Tech Has anyone tried it? I got it at a discounted price and gave it a try. 2 weeks on with only HALF the recommended dosage, I do see some increase of strength. As for muscle, it's too early to tell. Strangely, I get very thirsty after taking them. Does it normally dehydrates the body or something? I drank twice as much as usual, but I'm alright with that.  And I finally could dumbbell pressed 45lb dumbbells, (I weighed 145lbs currently) 8 reps in a set. Last time, I couldn't do even 1 rep with those.  Not bad for a 5' 4" tall young man.      |

| You do need a ton of water with them. The water will also help with the pump that you're supposed to get with it. Keep drinking and HULK OUT.... __________________ What's wrong with wanting more?
