Omg! Omg! Omg! I can't believe it! Just had my personal trainer (Ian is a star!) round and I've been determined not to weigh myself till he came (last weigh was two weeks ago) and I lost 4 and a half pounds! Whoop! Whoop! I know it don't sound a lot but I've been trying to lose weight / build muscle for a long time and it's starting to pay off!!! Matt PS Sorry had to shout it to someone! |

Hey Doing really well thanks, could do better but it is shifting. I've now lost 1/4 of the weight to get to my target. Started at 137.9 and aiming for about 98 so lost 10kg. The biggest difference though is how I look! I have no clothes that fit anymore!! Everything looks so baggy, even my old belts have run out of holes!! Hoping to hit 12 KG by the end of the year. How bout you? |

On losing a few pounds... congrats. I have managed to lose about 10-12 pounds over the last several weeks. Definition is really starting to show; it's definitively well worth it! Am at about 203.5, down from 215. Chest has actually gone up from about 50 to 51, relaxed, believe it or not...My goal at this time is to hover around 195-198 and continue honing and toning musculature structures all over. __________________ HUNGRYHUNK HUNGRYHUNK[/FONT]Krushdahunks! Well my PT is helping me build the muscle while I burn the fat so my actual weight loss is relatively slow but definition is starting. Bis and tris are really becoming visible and my chest is more firm and seems to have lifted (no more moobs!) Luckily my legs were quite muscly anyway so not too much to do there although bloody calf raises sting! He was round today and has got me on some new exercises (not a fan of core oblique twists) My target weight is 98 KG which is around 15 stone so got a way to go but def getting there. I'm in no rush, wanna lose it and keep it off. Done the yoyo diet of lose it gain it and want this to be the last time I have to lose weight! After that it's all maintain and grow!!! |
