Hey,

I was wondering....
If I do cardio on the days that I don't lift like say for 30-60 minutes..Would that effect my muscle growth?

How much is too much in one lifting session (as far as time is concerned) when working out one muscle group like the biceps? Would half an hour be too much to concentrate on only that muscle group??
