Intermediate Training Routines So okay. I've been lifting regularly since February, so that's basically 6 months. I figure it's time to phase out of the beginning workouts. Time is not an issue. Neither is food. But I am worried about biting off more than I can chew and overtraining. Do any of you guys know where I could find more advanced routines that won't overtax me? Thanks. |
