Gday guys.
Sorry I don't have the before shot (where I used to weigh 69kg) - but finally reach a mile stone of 105kg (that's a 50% body weight increase).
Mind you it's taken me a few years and I always seem to max out around 100kg - but finally managed to push through to the biggest I've been.
By the way - I know some one is going to ask, so the biceps are 19"

Does this mean that you are considering a contest (or are you waiting for the next 100? day in order to take off that vest)?

LOL - nope, no contest for me. To do that I'd have to diet and I like my food too much.

As the above poster says you are just getting better and better - you're become a mature and much thicker/denser muscle guy than before. It suits you rather than on some guys where it all starts to look plastic.
